# Pro Advice:

01 -
  • These come together in less time than it takes to make a cup of coffee, and are secretly filling.
  • The blend of sharp cheddar and sweet apple is always a conversation starter wherever I serve them.
02 -
  • If you rush the rolling or use too many apples, the pinwheels will tumble apart at the first bite.
  • Once I swapped sliced pears for apples out of desperation, and it created a delightful twist that everyone loved unexpectedly.
03 -
  • If the tortilla feels stiff, a 10-second zap in the microwave under a damp towel will save your sanity.
  • Letting the completed rolls chill for 10 minutes firms them up and makes slicing much neater.
