# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease thoroughly.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, ground black sesame seeds, baking powder, baking soda, and salt evenly.
04 - Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing to maintain moisture.
05 - Fold in chopped walnuts or chocolate chips if desired for added texture and flavor.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the surface evenly. Sprinkle whole black sesame seeds evenly over the top.
07 - Bake in the center of the oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Confirm doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
08 - Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely prior to slicing.
