10 - 3 tbsp black sesame paste
11 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
12 - Pinch of salt

# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Press firmly into the prepared pan's bottom. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool slightly.
03 - In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
04 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
05 - Add sour cream, flour, milk, black sesame paste, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until just smooth without overbeating.
06 - Pour filling over the cooled crust and smooth the surface. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the center is set but slightly wobbly.
07 - Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
08 - Lift from pan using parchment overhang, slice into bars, and garnish with toasted black sesame seeds if desired. Serve chilled.
