01 - Divide spinach, pineapple, banana, and apple evenly among 4 large mason jars or airtight containers.

# Pro Advice:

01 -
  • Four breakfasts prepped in fifteen minutes means you're never scrambling or reaching for something less nourishing when you're tired.
  • The chia seeds do something magical overnight—they absorb liquid and create a naturally creamy texture without any weird additives.
  • Pineapple and ginger together taste like a tropical escape, and that combination actually keeps you feeling full longer than you'd expect.
02 -
  • Don't add the milk and water until you're actually blending—if you do it when you jar everything, the whole thing becomes watery soup by day two, and I learned this the hard way.
  • Chia seeds need liquid to do their thing, so if your mixture seems dry when you're blending, that's actually normal—trust the process and keep blending until it smooths out.
03 -
  • Freeze banana slices on a separate tray before jarring them, then add them frozen—your smoothie will be thick and cold without watering it down with ice.
  • Make a double batch of dry ingredients on prep day and store them in one big container, then just divide into jars as needed—this cuts Sunday prep time in half.
