Mango Lassi Smoothie Delight (Printer Friendly)

A creamy mango lassi blended with aromatic cardamom.

# What You Need:

→ Fruit & Dairy

01 - 1 ½ cups ripe mango, peeled and diced (fresh or frozen)
02 - 1 cup plain yogurt (whole milk or low-fat)
03 - ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

→ Sweetener & Flavors

04 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
05 - ¼ tsp ground cardamom
06 - ½ tsp fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)

→ For Serving

07 - Ice cubes (optional, ½ cup for a thicker smoothie)
08 - Pinch of ground cardamom or chopped pistachios (optional garnish)

# Directions:

01 - Combine mango, yogurt, milk, honey, ground cardamom, and lemon or lime juice (if using) in a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
03 - If desired, add ice and blend again for a thicker, chillier smoothie.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
05 - Pour into glasses. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom or chopped pistachios if desired. Serve immediately.
