# What You Need:
→ Taco Shells
01 - 8 small flour tortillas
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
→ Cheesecake Filling
05 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
06 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
→ Strawberry Crunch Topping
09 - 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
10 - 10 Golden Oreo cookies
11 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
→ Garnish (optional)
12 - Fresh strawberries, diced
13 - White chocolate, melted, for drizzle
# Directions:
01 - Set the oven to 375°F.
02 - Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the tortillas.
03 - Drape tortillas carefully over oven rack bars to shape them like tacos. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Allow to cool fully.
04 - In a food processor, pulse freeze-dried strawberries and Golden Oreos into coarse crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse briefly to combine. Set aside.
05 - Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
06 - Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the cooled taco shells.
07 - Generously sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over the filled shells.
08 - Optionally, garnish with diced fresh strawberries and drizzle melted white chocolate over the top.
09 - Serve immediately to maintain crispness and best texture.
